While Standing:

·         Shoulders are different heights, or one shoulder blade is more prominent.

·         Head is not centered over the pelvis.

·         One hip appears higher or is more prominent.

·         Rib cage is uneven.

·         Waist is uneven (one side appears more curved than the other).

·         The entire body leans to one side

Scoliosis, do you have or know some that has Scoliosis?

Scoliosis occurs most often during the growth spurt just before puberty.
Most cases are mild with few symptoms. Some children develop spine deformities that get more severe as they grow. Severe scoliosis can be painful and disabling.
Chiropractic treatment is proven to help reduce and stabilize the curve. Dr. Schroeder is the ONLY Certified CLEAR Scoliosis Doctor in the State of North Dakota

Summer activities can help strengthen your joints, back pain, aches and pinches.  So get outside and enjoy some of these great activities! Here are just a few suggestions of ones to do individually or with your family.

1. Go Swimming!!

Swimming is a great way to relax, work those muscles and enjoy it with the kids and grandkids!

Stretching your muscles and enjoying the sunshine while running will not only help the body but helps the mood!

3. Go on a Bike Ride!

A Black African American family of two parents and two children, two girls, cycling together.

Infants to adults, bike rides are always fun. Put on your helmets and get on those bikes! It is a great way to exercise as a family too! Fargo offers so many great trails and parks to bike around make it a goal to check them out.

There are always fun things to do in the summer either by yourself or with family members. Remember to start slow and stretch out your muscles. One of the best ways to get ready for the summer is to get a chiropractic adjustment and for the kiddos as well.

Don’t be stuck inside with pain get out and enjoy that sunshine!
